Apple to Refresh iMac along with the MacBook Pros ?
In our earlier post we said that, MacBook Pros are expected to be refreshed on Thursday, February 24th. MacBook Pros will come with Sandy Bridge processors, which are the second generation of Intel Core i processors. Good news for the Apple fans, iMacs might also get refreshed. According to DigiTimes, Apple may also refresh its line of iMac along with the MacBook Pros. If that does not happens, Apple might update it soon enough. Updates might include screen size of iMac.
According to DigiTimes:
In addition to notebooks, the supply chain sources also pointed out that Apple may also launch its new iMac along with its MacBook, and the company may also make some changes over the screen size to allow panel cutting to reach its optimization.
Apple fans would also be waiting for the updates in iMac, because the last major update made in iMacs was in July 2010, with Core i processors and ATI Radeon graphics card. If this update is imminent, people might expect something good in the iMac line, but we have to wait and see if that happens alongside the MacBook Pros or after that.
