While using Microsoft Windows, we usually experience some errors that pop out of nowhere in front of us on the screen. These errors are followed up by a dialog message box that advices you to send the error report to Microsoft for error processing. Usually these types of errors occur due to sudden program halts, when your currently running program becomes unresponsive or get stuck. There isn’t any error exception associated with the application fault. “Dr.Watson Info” is the term that Microsoft Windows support personnel refers to these kinds of errors. “Dr.Watson Info” though creates a text file log (Drwtsn32.log) but that can only be delivered to Microsoft support personnel. Therefore this “Dr.Watson Info” doesn’t give much information about the error and without viewing the error log it is not possible for user/developer to solve the problem.
